Christmas In 6, 5, 4...

Merry Christmas! In July August! See how fast the year is going by?
Oh, yeah, not quite there yet, BUT I am busy working on my Christmas list and budgeting for it.

We have chosen a green living/ family fun theme for this year. I've been collecting t-shirts at garage sales all summer to make reusable shopping bags for loved ones. Mr. NtJS is busy in the workshop making bean bag games (aka Cornhole) for certain family members.

Next up will be kid's gifts. Not sure what I will be doing for them yet. I will probably sew them some fun clothes, but they are both growing like sunflowers right now so I'm not sure what size to make them. They both have too many toys as-is so I'm trying to come up with other gift ideas. Girlie bath products are always a hit at our house but I will have to budget for them in November. It takes time when you are trying to do a green Christmas on a budget!

Are you ready financially for Christmas? It's just 5 months away...

I'd love to share the idea! In fact, I'm working on a series of "Reuse it!" Posts at the moment. I'll make sure the first one up is the t-shirt post. And I promise... It's SUPER easy to do.
